Here is how I divided the html pages for my narrative, each bullet is their own html page:
I used charNG by placing my Otter.ai transcription text.
I clicked a bunch of times until I saw something interesting appear.
After multiple clicks I got this repetition of the word “how”.
It inspired me to include this repeating question as part of
dialogue on another page (The coupon one.)
I placed my going to CVS writing in the MarkovGenerator and got a
mix and match of sentences that made no sense, some that looked almost
the same,
and some that I thought worked better than my actual writing. So I used
what
I liked from what the generator had combined as part of my dialogue.
For n + 7 I placed some of my text that I had written down for the
coupon dialogue,
the generator (n + 11) changed one of the nouns to tomato and I liked
the idea of
my character winning a tomato at the raffle and stuck with that idea.
My favorite to use was Otter.ai since my narrative is based on a script
and dialogue.
It was fun to see how “natural” I could make the dialogue if I based it
on actual dialogue
from myself talking. Of course I had to tailor it down since my broken
english made some
awkward sentences. I talked about the Parking lot for my story and used
it in my writing.
Imagine the piece as a set of disconnected events.
What inspired my story. A conversation that bounces around several events that not necessarily are connected to each other.
Is there something missing?
Inspired me to include that my character is missing something and looking for it in the car.
A line has two sides
Like a coin. Inspired me to talk about the quaters and both of it's sides.
For a predictive writer I chose Taylor swift’s voice and started to see
if I could create
a line which I could include in my dialogue. I ended up using it at the
very end in the outro.
Also one time, there was a word suggestion for Juliet. I took it as
inspiration for
the name of one of the characters.
Finally for the Anagram Generator I needed a name for the place the
characters were
supposed to be driving at. I did not want to use a generic spot such as
Starbucks etc.
So I placed the word Receipt in the generator and got a great place for
Crepes.
